Routine maintenance and backup restoration don’t use your edit allowance. Unused edit time doesn’t roll over.

I offer a reduced rate for selected nonprofits and community organizations, with the same core care and included edit allowance. Tell me about your organization so we can confirm fit and availability.
Already working with me? Your current agreement stays in place.
New pages, redesigns, custom features, content writing, and extra edit time are quoted separately. Domain renewal, business email, and any paid plugin licenses are additional. We’ll discuss costs and trade-offs before a purchase.

Much of my hosting work is with nonprofits and community organizations. Keeping good website care within reach matters to me. The community rate makes room for that work alongside my business projects.
Once we’re working together, Basecamp is where we keep our conversations, files, feedback, and requests. You’ll know where to find me.

Tell me about your organization, your current website, and what you’d like to change.
You’ll receive a written scope and price. After the agreement is signed, I’ll invite you to Basecamp.
We’ll work through the project together. If you choose ongoing care, that connection continues after launch.
A few practical details
It depends on the pages, content, design, and functionality involved. We’ll discuss what you need, then I’ll provide a written scope and price. Website design and development are separate from monthly hosting and care.
For community projects, we can consider a smaller launch scope and any available community discount. Both will be clear in the proposal.
Selected nonprofits and community organizations whose websites are a fit for the service. It’s a deliberate reduction from the standard rate, with availability based on the support I can provide. Share a little about your organization and we’ll discuss it together.
Updating existing text, swapping a photo you supply, or changing hours and contact details. Both rates include up to one hour per month. New pages, layout changes, custom features, writing, and additional time need a separate quote before work begins. Unused time doesn’t roll over.
Often, yes. I’ll review your WordPress site, plugins, and hosting setup first. If migration, repairs, or other setup work is needed, we’ll agree on that scope and cost before starting. If you want to keep your current host, ask about a separate care arrangement.
Post your question or request in Basecamp whenever it’s convenient. I handle support during business hours. We’ll agree on timing for larger requests; ongoing care doesn’t include round-the-clock on-call support.
Your domain and content remain yours. With concierge hosting, I manage the hosting account. A current database and file backup is available on request so your WordPress site can be transferred to another provider.
